If you haven’t tried this yummy little “treat”, you have no idea what you’re missing! It’s quick, easy and healthy. It’s great for those following almost any dietary restriction as well!
- 2 Tbsp Chia seeds (Costco and the Bulk Barn are great places to find these)
- 1/2 cup of any milk (we like a blend of almond, hazelnut and cashew)
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 1 tsp of cocoa powder (optional)
- Berries of your choice!
Mix all ingredients and let sit for at least 30 mins. We often make this up before bed and have it for breakfast. Yum!
