January is less than 2 weeks ago, and I can guarantee that more than few of you are making plans for New Year’s resolutions. These resolutions are well intended, meant to ignite a spark that will make lasting changes to the “bad habits” you’d like to break. If only it were that easy! Most resolutioners will find themselves in the “Diet Trap Cycle”.
